By accessing or using barcoded.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

barcoded.net provides a free online tool for generating barcodes and QR codes. Users may generate barcodes for personal or commercial use subject to the limitations below.

3. Free Tier Usage

QR code generation is provided free of charge to all users. Other barcode formats (Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A) require a paid Pro subscription. Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

barcoded.net retains no ownership of the barcodes or QR codes you generate using the Service. You are free to use generated barcodes for personal and commercial purposes without attribution.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate barcodes for illegal goods, fraudulent documents, counterfeit products, or any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that barcodes generated will meet any specific regulatory requirements for your jurisdiction or industry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, barcoded.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
